We collect what you choose to send us on WhatsApp. This can include your name, phone number, travel dates, departure airport, trip preferences, budget range and special needs such as halal food or access requirements.
If you use a tool on this site, your answers stay in your browser until you choose to send them to us.
Why do we collect it?
We use it to plan and arrange your trip, to reply to your questions and to confirm details with hotels and operators. We use it only for your enquiry.
Who do we share it with?
We share only the details needed to arrange your trip with the licensed travel partners, hotels and operators involved. WhatsApp is run by its own provider, and its privacy terms apply to messages sent through it.
How long do we keep it?
We keep enquiry details only as long as we need them to serve you and meet our legal obligations. When they are no longer needed, we delete them.
How do we protect it?
We limit access to the people who plan your trip and keep your messages in secured accounts.
Do we use analytics or cookies?
This site currently runs no analytics. If we add analytics in future, we will disclose it on this page and explain what it measures.
What are your rights?
Under the PDPA’s principles, you can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to stop using it for a purpose. Message us on WhatsApp and we will respond.
