This tool turns what you know into a short brief that you can send us on WhatsApp. It asks for dates, departure airport, nights, budget range, style, destinations and special needs. We use it to price a trip for the two of you.
For a fuller view of what makes a quote accurate, see what to send for an accurate honeymoon quote.
How do I use the brief builder?
Fill in the boxes you can answer today. Write your dates in your own words, such as “mid March, five nights”. Choose how flexible you are, and pick where you would fly from.
Add a budget range for both of you and a trip style. List the destinations you are considering, or write “open”. Use the last box for halal food, prayer space, dietary needs or access needs. Then press the button.
What does the result mean?
You see a short list of the details you filled in, each with a plain label. The same list becomes the message you send us. Anything left blank is skipped.
This is a brief, not a quote. It tells us what to price. We reply with options and a total for two after we have read it.
What does it assume?
It assumes the budget range is for the whole trip for two, including flights, stay, transfers and meals. The ranges are for matching only and say nothing about what trips cost.
It also assumes you are happy to talk on WhatsApp, where we can ask follow-up questions. Your answers go into the message only when you choose to send it.
What are the limits?
A brief cannot replace a conversation. We may ask about room preferences, who is travelling, dates around school or work, and past trips. Special needs listed here help us plan, and we confirm them with the hotel or operator in writing.
If you are comparing replies, use comparing quotes on the same basis. To judge a reply, see how to spot an overpriced honeymoon quote.
What should we do next?
Build your brief, check it together, then send it. If you are not sure about the budget range, read how much honeymoon budget to plan for two first. You can also message us without the tool and tell us in your own words.
